Curriculum book fee
Book Fee range between $35 to $75. All books can be purchased on Amazon.
Enrollment
To enroll, you will need to print the following:
Infants – 5 year: Registration Form, Health Inventory, It's All About Me, (If your child is ready for potty training, print the Potty Training Commitment form), Waiver Form and Emergency Information Card.
School Age 5yrs – 12: Registration Form, Health Inventory, Waiver Form and Emergency Information Card.
You can bring the forms to the Center or you can email them to veezbbdaycare@gmail.com.
